Integriti Group Inc. in Lahore is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own all digital channels, set the strategy, and drive measurable brand growth and conversion. You will be a hands-on leader, building campaigns, guiding a team and agency partners, and using data and AI tools for faster, better decisions.

This role requires leading the full funnel from first impression to repeat customer, and owning CRO, SEO, content and paid media to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in growing revenue, leads or conversions via digital channels.
• Hands-on expertise in paid media (search, social, programmatic) and managing monthly budgets.
• Strong command of SEO, content marketing and social growth.
• CRO experience: landing page optimization, funnel analysis and A/B testing.
• Experience with email and lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of privacy and consent requirements and their impact on tracking.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to turn data into decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
