Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to manage customer orders from confirmation through production, quality checks, and shipment. You will coordinate with international customers, sales, production, sourcing, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in merchandising within the home textile/export industry, strong order-management and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2-5 years merchandising experience in home textile/export.
• Strong knowledge of home textile products and export processes.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from PO confirmation to shipment.
• Review POs, specs, tech packs, artwork, measurements, and packaging requirements.
• Prepare order sheets, TNA, production follow-up sheets, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with production and sourcing for material availability.
• Monitor production against timelines and delivery dates.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to manage customer orders from order confirmation through production, quality inspection, and shipment. The candidate will coordinate closely with international customers, sales, production, sourcing, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and ensure timely execution from PO confirmation to shipment.
• Review customer POs, specifications, tech packs, artwork, measurements, and packaging requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Order Sheets, TNA, Production Follow-up Sheets, and Shipment Schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to monitor order progress.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, labels, packaging, and other materials.
• Coordinate with sourcing/procurement teams for material availability.
• Monitor production against agreed timelines and delivery dates.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, and pre-production samples.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for inspections and quality issues.
• Communicate customer requirements to relevant departments.
• Prepare daily/weekly order status reports for management.
• Identify production delays and elevate issues immediately.
• Coordinate with logistics regarding packing, documentation, vessel booking, and shipment status.
• Ensure all shipment documents are complete and accurate.
• Maintain updated records of customer orders, shipment dates, quantities, and balances.
• Coordinate with international sales teams and customers regarding order updates.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely order status updates.
• Monitor order quantities and ensure correct packing and shipment.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal departments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of home textile products such as bed linen, duvet covers, sheets, towels, kitchen textiles, curtains, cushions, etc.
• Understanding of textile manufacturing and export processes.
• Good knowledge of TNA and production planning.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Candidate

• 2–5 years of merchandising experience in home textile/export industry.
• Experience dealing with USA, Canada, UK, or European customers will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer order management and export documentation.
• Candidates with experience in bed linen, towels, bedding, or other home textile products will be highly preferred.
