Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Female Merchandiser to manage customer orders from development through production and shipment. You will coordinate with customers, sales, production, quality, sourcing, logistics and suppliers to ensure orders meet specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities include maintaining TNA plans, following up with production, coordinating fabric and trims, reviewing specs, samples and purchase orders, and reporting order status to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in home textiles.
• Strong knowledge of home textile products and manufacturing processes.
• Experience dealing with international customers is preferred.
• Good knowledge of TNA, PO management, sampling, production follow-up, and shipment processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and follow up on order execution from booking to shipment.
• Coordinate with international clients regarding product specifications, samples, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) plans for all orders.
• Follow up with production teams to ensure orders remain on schedule.
• Coordinate fabric, accessories, trims, labels, packaging, and other materials.
• Review customer specifications, tech packs, purchase orders, and artwork.
• Coordinate sample development, approvals, and revisions.
• Monitor production status and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team regarding inspections and quality issues.
• Follow up on packing, final inspection, and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment booking and documentation.
• Maintain accurate order records and merchandising reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly order status reports for management.
• Communicate production delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly to all relevant departments.
