Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities from order placement to final shipment
• Monitor purchase orders (POs), production schedules, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and maintain TNA (Time & Action) plans for customer orders
• Coordinate with procurement, merchandising, production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams
• Follow up with suppliers regarding raw materials, accessories, and production requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and shortage inventory
• Coordinate with the inventory team to develop weekly and monthly inventory movement plans
• Monitor production progress against planned delivery dates
• Track shipment booking, container status, ETD, ETA, and port-related information
• Ensure all required shipment and logistics documents are available on time
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports
• Analyze supply chain delays and coordinate corrective actions
• Maintain accurate ERP/Excel records for POs, inventory, production, and shipments
• Support management in improving cost efficiency and supply chain performance

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Executive with a BBA in Supply Chain Management and 3 years of relevant experience to manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, production planning, logistics, shipment coordination, and supplier follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of supply chain processes within the home textile/manufacturing industry and excellent coordination and analytical skills.

Requirements

• BBA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
  
• 2 years of relevant supply chain experience.
  
• Experience in home textile, textile manufacturing, export, or trading is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
  
• Good understanding of PO, FPO, TNA, ETD, ETA, FOB, EXW, and shipment processes.
  
• Strong MS Excel and data-analysis skills.
  
• Experience with ERP/Supply Chain Management software is preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
