Hirewise is hiring two Sales Executives for the Manufacturing sector in Lahore. The role requires a minimum of four years of sales experience in manufacturing and focuses on consultative selling, pipeline management, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include lead generation, relationship management, cash recovery, and collaboration with finance for receivables. MBA Marketing is required, with on-site, full-time work in Lahore.

Formación

• MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum four years of sales experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in consultative selling and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential customers and generate qualified sales leads.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Implement customer retention strategies to strengthen business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and cash recovery targets.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for receivable reconciliation and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, outstanding balances, and recovery activities.
• Provide regular sales performance and collection updates to management.
