Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through appropriate prospecting activities.
• Contact prospects, conduct needs discussions, and deliver clear product or service presentations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, respond to customer questions, and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales activity records in the company’s designated system.
• Work toward agreed sales targets and share regular updates on pipeline progress.
• Build lasting customer relationships and coordinate internally to help resolve service or order concerns.
• Monitor market feedback and competitor activity, and contribute ideas to improve sales outreach.
