Job summary

Mammoth-AI seeks a detail-oriented SQA Engineer to drive manual testing across web and mobile applications from our Lahore office. You will design test plans, execute test cases, and ensure quality before releases.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, perform regression testing, track defects, and help improve testing processes and product usability for a better user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience with cross-device and cross-platform testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Perform thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Participate in requirement reviews to provide early feedback and ensure testability.
• Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before release.
• Ensure applications meet user experience and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate test documentation and reports.
