Job summary
HireOn, on behalf of a Lahore-based client, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive quality engineering across mobile and web platforms. The role demands a hands-on leader who defines testing strategies, builds scalable automation frameworks, and ensures product quality through robust testing, performance optimization, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, architect scalable automation, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to raise quality
Qualifications
- 4+ years of QA experience across mobile & web apps.
- Minimum 1+ year in a QA leadership role.
- Hands-on with mobile automation tools like Appium and Espresso.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA team and define mobile and web testing strategies.
- Develop, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Design and execute regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso).
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
