Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on software testing experience.
• Strong manual testing skills with automation experience (UI & API).
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and TestNG.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and JMeter.
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Nice to have familiarity with Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute test plans, cases, and scripts covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Manual testing of web and API-based applications, handling complex scenarios and edge cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to align testing with business goals.
• Investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
• Provide guidance on QA processes, tools, and methodologies to stakeholders.
• Keep up with QA trends and integrate relevant advancements into practices.
