Job summary

SSGC LPG Limited is seeking a finance/audit professional to conduct audit/evaluation of tender documents and contracts to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules. The role covers service agreements, internal controls, and reporting observations to rectify non-compliances.

The incumbent will verify cost/price analyses, ensure alignment with SOPs, and follow regulatory frameworks under PPRA, contributing to enterprise risk management and ethics compliance.

Qualifications

• CA/ACMA with strong PPRA knowledge.
• ACCA or MBA in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents/contracts prior to approval by senior management.
• Review tender evaluation reports to ensure compliance with PPRA and SOPs of SSGCL.
• Review tender documents/contracts prior to approval by senior management (duplication retained as in HTML).
• Review tender evaluation reports to ensure PPRA/SOP compliance (duplication retained as in HTML).
• Assist senior management in implementing internal controls for verification of invoices pertaining to services.
• Highlight observations to user departments to rectify non-compliances.
• Evaluate reports and terms of reference of project agreements including stamp duty, Insurance Policy, Undertaking, PBG, LTP, Payment Structures, BOQ, and PO/SPO; etc.
• Follow the system established by SSGC and Regulators to ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Assist in cost and price calculations analysis feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure compliance with Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The main purpose of this position is to undertake audit / evaluation of tender documents / contracts including service agreements. The incumbent is responsible to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review tender documents / contracts prior to approval by the senior management.
• Review tender evaluation reports prepared by Procurement to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) and prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of SSGCL.
• Review tender documents / contracts prior to approval by the senior management.
• Review tender evaluation reports prepared by Procurement to ensure compliance with Public Procurement Rules (PPRA) and prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of SSGCL.
• Support the senior management in implementing internal controls to ensure accurate and timely verification of invoices pertaining to services.
• Highlight relevant observations to the user departments to rectify non compliances.
• Conduct evaluation of Reports and terms of reference of project agreement/contract which includes verification of stamp duty, Insurance Policy, Undertaking, PBG, LTP, Payment Structures, BOQ, and PO/SPO etc.
• Follow the system established by SSGC and Regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, procedures and laws.
• Assist in providing feedback regarding analysis of cost and price calculations.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other task assigned by the management.
