Job summary

hrsi is seeking an experienced Manager/Incharge Scaffolding to lead and oversee scaffolding operations across multiple high-risk project sites in Pakistan. The role emphasizes safety compliance, efficiency, and leadership to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sectors, with at least 10 years of scaffolding experience and 5 years in a leadership role.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Manager/Incharge Scaffolding to lead and oversee scaffolding operations across multiple high-risk industrial project sites in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with safety standards, optimize resource utilization, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise all on-site scaffolding activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
• Conduct scaffolding inspections and ensure all structures meet regulatory and organizational safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide the scaffolding workforce to maintain compliance and enhance skill levels.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, efficient, and meet project specifications.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and operational productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc Engineering or DAE, with CIRIS Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of scaffolding experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management capabilities.
• Able to perform under pressure in high-risk, fast-paced industrial environments

Salary Package is market competative .

This position will require travelling across sites in Pakistan .
