Job summary

Master Group is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead risk assessment, PTW, and regulatory compliance for high-risk infrastructure projects including data centers and hospitals.

The role requires deep experience in critical facilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive safety culture to ensure uptime and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or Environmental Sciences.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory; NEBOSH Diploma or CSP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-qualification HSE documents, RAMS, and risk assessments from bidding contractors.
• Implement Permit to Work (PTW) protocols for critical data center hazards.
• Conduct daily safety walkthroughs and weekly audits aligning with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Lead root-cause analysis investigations for near misses or incidents and enforce CAPA actions.
• Ensure compliance with provincial laws (Punjab OSH Acts) and EPA regulations.

Job Summary

We need to hear from you if were/are involved in extreme risks of critical buildings constructions and/or operations or have depth experience of dealing in unique hazards infrastructure related facilities i.e. Hospitals, IT Facilities and High-Tech plants - were dealt with massive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, heavy lifting of generator/chiller modules, and multi-megawatt testing, go far beyond standard civil construction.

Job Description

• RFP & Contractor Evaluation: Review pre-qualification HSE documents, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements (RAMS) submitted by bidding contractors.
• High-Risk Activity Oversight: Implement strict Permit to Work (PTW) protocols for critical data center hazards: heavy structural lifting, deep excavation, confined spaces, and high-voltage electrical commissioning.
• Site Compliance & Audits: Conduct daily walkthroughs and weekly safety audits, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
• Incident Management: Lead all root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for any near misses or incidents and enforce corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Local Regulatory Liaison: Ensure absolute compliance with provincial laws (e.g. Punjab Occupational Safety and Health Acts) and environmental regulations (EPA).

Job Specification

• Education:Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or Environmental Sciences.
• Certifications:NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory; NEBOSH International Diploma or CSP is highly preferred.
• Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to critical infrastructure projects (Data Centers, Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Hospitals, or high-tech industrial plants).

• Communication: Ability to translate complex risk frameworks into clear, actionable, and jargon-free procedures for a diverse audience ranging from data center technicians to board members andexternal contractors.
• Safety Culture: Capabilityto secure stakeholder buy-in, lead toolbox talks, and foster a proactive, "safety-first" mindset without compromising the facility's strict uptime requirements.
• Crisis Decision-Making: Ability to stay calm, execute emergency response plans quickly, andmake sound decisions under pressure during unforeseen incidents (e.g.,power outages, equipment failures, fires).
• Data-Driven Thinking: Skill in tracking safety metrics, measuring performance, and usingdata-led approaches to justify long-term safety investments to uppermanagement.
• Conflict Resolution: The Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced industry changes (like AI integrationand new sustainability trends) while managing contractors or resolvingsafety conflicts on site.
