OLX Pakistan in Lahore seeks an experienced analytics professional to join the Business Sales Effectiveness team. You will turn data into clear commercial insights to drive revenue growth, supported by analytics and BI capabilities.
You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, BI, HR, and Operations to develop performance insights, strengthen analytical frameworks, and support data-driven commercial decision-making across the organization.
Competenze
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Experience in BI, analytics, or revenue operations.
Mansioni
- Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs including revenue, collections, productivity, conversion, customer and seller performance, throughput, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Analyze performance trends across Daily Operational Reviews (DORs), Weekly Operational Reviews (WORs), and Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify performance gaps, trends, and business opportunities through structured analysis and recommend actionable solutions to improve commercial outcomes.

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded professional to join the Sales Effectiveness team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, sales analytics, consulting, revenue operations, or performance management who can turn complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
The individual will work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, BI, HR, and Operations teams to develop performance insights, strengthen analytical frameworks, and support data-driven commercial decision-making across the organization.
