foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Analyst, Commercial in Pakistan to drive nationwide growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with management, independently driving analyses and presenting findings to stakeholders.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in strategic analysis, with strong SQL and Tableau skills, and a customer-centric mindset to translate data into business actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning and execution.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical skills and business sense to build strong business cases.

• Identify and track KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans from idea to launch and growth.

We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated “Analyst, Commercial” for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations for the growth of commercial business nationwide

• Conduct meaningful data analysis to provide visibility and transparency to commercial stakeholders which can unlock growth opportunities

• Identify & track performance KPIs against daily, weekly and monthly targets

• Develop KPI dashboards, reports, and presentations to set up monthly targets to achieve MoM business goals

• Identify opportunities to develop and improve solutions and strengthen the overall customer experience

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions across complex range of problems

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans from initial idea to launch and growth

• Support the development and execution of a robust portfolio strategy

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Data Science or related disciplines

• 2-4 years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and execution

• Thorough understanding of and knowledge of relevant tools and systems (SQL, Tableau, G sheets). SQL proficiency is preferred

• Must have excellent analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases

• Commercially focused and consumer centric. Demonstrated ability to convert information into clear ideas

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Experience working within the technology industry is a plus
