Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance planning and troubleshooting for production lines.
- Reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Own preventive maintenance strategies and systems.
- Mentor operating teams on maintenance practices and issue resolution.
- Analyze breakdown trends and drive root-cause elimination.
- Coordinate repairs with cross-functional teams and schedule work.
- Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and plant protocols.
- Contribute to long-term maintenance plans and annual scheduling.
