Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group in Pakistan invites applications for a Team Lead - VELO in Jhelum. You will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts, driving OEE improvements and loss elimination while guiding a team of EOs/technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (required).
• 1–2 years FMCG manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong people leadership and team-management capability.

• Data-driven problem-solving and loss-elimination mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations, comply with EHS standards and risk controls.
• Deliver product within specification, adhering to QMS, hygiene and quality standards.
• Own shift performance across OEE, MTBF, efficiency and downtime; address losses.
• Lead, mentor and engage technicians; deploy resources effectively.
• Drive DDS/shift reviews, track performance and resolve operational issues.
• Lead structured problem-solving to reduce losses and balance standards.
