Job summary

LoadEdge Dispatch & Logistics in Multan is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will engage potential carrier and broker partners, conduct discovery calls, and clearly explain LoadEdge’s dispatch and logistics services.

The role requires maintaining a structured sales pipeline, scheduling meetings or demos for the senior sales team, and updating CRM records with accurate information.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills with outreach, follow-up and pipeline management.
• Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify prospects and partnerships.
• Clear spoken and written English for engaging with carriers and brokers.
• Basic understanding of logistics or freight concepts, or willingness to learn them.
• Strong organizational, time management and CRM proficiency for handling multiple leads.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred; degree in Business/Marketing advantageous.
