Job summary

International Medical Corps is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the delivery of logistics services and ensure compliance with policy and donor rules. The role covers office management, fleet operations, and security coordination to support field sites.

The candidate should have a degree in logistics or related field, at least 6 months in procurement or logistics, and strong English skills. Work may involve field visits and remote areas, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or related field; equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Procurement or Logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to IMC’s aims and values; knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in harsh conditions and remote areas.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Office management: daily office activities and payments; office stock inventory.
• Fleet management: assist with weekly movements and driver scheduling.
• Security: assist security manager with monitoring and updating security documents.
• Logistics reports: assist in preparing logistics reports.
• Fraud prevention: support fraud prevention and reporting per policies and local laws.
