Job summary

UNFPA is seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Associate to provide procurement and logistical support to the office. The role entails execution and coordination of procurement activities including RFQs, ITBs/RFPs, bid clarifications, and contract reviews.

The successful candidate will assist in market research, vendor coordination, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining compliance with CO SOPs and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience supporting procurement and supply management processes, including purchase requests and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, procedures and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate procurement and logistics activities for UNFPA offices.
• Prepare RFQs, ITBs/RFPs, respond to bid clarifications, evaluate bids and support CRC submissions.
• Draft reports on procurement activities and coordinate with requestors on specifications.
