Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL is seeking an Assistant Manager – Logistics Operations in Karachi to oversee end-to-end surgical logistics and operations. The role requires hands-on management of dispatches, route optimization, and team leadership within healthcare logistics.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, with SAP and RMS proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced logistics management roles.
• 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Operations (Healthcare/Medical Devices preferred).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Delivery: oversee surgical kit dispatches and coordinate hospital transfers.
• System Compliance: maintain documentation in SAP & RMS, including POD uploads.
• Inventory Control: supervise kit processing, BOM verification, and shortages.
• Fleet Management: optimize routes, manage rider teams, and track metrics.

WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager – Logistics Operations

A Supply Chain professional with experience in Healthcare or Medical Devices logistics join our team to manage end-to-end surgical logistics and operations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & Delivery: Oversee surgical kit dispatches, manage portal bookings, and coordinate emergency hospital transfers.
• System Compliance: Maintain strict documentation in SAP & RMS, including POD uploads and patient record tracking.
• Inventory Control: Supervise surgical set processing (BOM verification, kit replenishment, and shortage tracking).
• Fleet Management: Optimize delivery routes, manage rider teams, and track operational metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Logistics Operations (Healthcare / Medical Devices experience preferred).
• Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP & Rider Management Systems (RMS), route optimization, and team leadership.
