Job summary

Cybernef Technology in Lahore invites a results-driven LinkedIn Growth Executive to lead business development through LinkedIn outreach, client acquisition, and staff-augmentation initiatives from our Lahore office.

You will generate leads, nurture relationships, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to hit growth targets while aligning with our evening/night shift schedule, contributing to long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in LinkedIn-based business development.
• Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership building.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work the evening/night shift (6PM – 3AM).

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads on LinkedIn and other remote-job platforms.
• Conduct outreach, prospecting, and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and turn leads into long-term contracts.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support staff-augmentation projects.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting on sales activities.
