Aqsa Shahzad in Lahore is seeking a CRO/Conversion Analyst to own end-to-end experimentation on client stores. You will analyse friction points, design robust hypotheses, run A/B and multivariate tests, and deliver clear readouts to US-based clients monthly.

Formación

• Two or more years running experiments on ecommerce sites.
• Analytics fluency with GA4 and Shopify reports.
• UX judgement to explain why a page does not convert and sketch a variant.
• Experience with testing platforms (Convert, VWO, Optimizely) or Shopify’s own tool.
• Familiarity reading Shopify Liquid to read a theme.
• Writing clear, concise monthly client reports (US founders/marketing).

Responsabilidades

• Find friction using GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, session replay, and checkout data; rank problems with evidence.
• Write hypotheses and test plans with clear variants, success metrics, sample size, and duration.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on PDPs, collections, cart and checkout; coordinate with engineers and QA variants.
• Analyse and report results with plain-English readouts and a running log of learnings for clients.
• Contribute to the build team by documenting winning patterns as theme defaults.
• Own the studio’s free CRO audit and produce several weekly.
