Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Licensing Advisor to ensure proactive client engagement for licensing maintenance and renewals. You will work closely with CSS and account support teams, schedule business reviews, and present licensing reports to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes customer focus, problem solving, and the ability to influence both business and technical leaders in a global client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years with Tier 1 software publishers.
• 3 years of account management with IT software support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage proactive client engagement for licensing maintenance and renewals.
• Coordinate cadence client meetings with CSS and account support teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to schedule business reviews and status calls.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses on licensing activities.
• Ensure licensing requirements are met through standardized reviews.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with licensees on business needs.
