Job summary

Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. in Pakistan seeks a Senior Boiler Engineer for planning, execution and reliability of Utilities & WWTP maintenance, ensuring safe and uninterrupted plant operations at the Cornwala Plant.

You will plan preventive and corrective work in SAP, estimate time and cost, and supervise third‑party contractors. Requires 7–10 years of Utilities maintenance experience, B.Sc. Chemical or Mechanical, and a 1st Class Boiler Competency Certificate.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in chemical/ mechanical engineering with boiler competency.
• DAE in Mechanical/Chemical with related boiler certification.
• Experience with SAP-based maintenance planning and reliability programs.
• Strong communication in English and proficiency with MS Office/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and ensure reliability of Boilers, LPG plant, cooling towers, chillers, and associated utilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is planned in SAP and executed on time.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure safety and quality within budget.
• Upload and maintain data in Power BI and SAP related to utilities and Co-gen.
• Lead and develop the utilities maintenance team and coordinate with other departments.
