Job summary

The Citizen Foundation in Karachi seeks an experienced Project Manager for Repair & Maintenance to lead planning, execution, and closure of nationwide R&M projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.

Required 8–10 years in construction/project management with a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering and strong MS Project/Primavera skills. Travel across Pakistan is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in construction/project management.
• Experience managing multi-site repair & maintenance or civil works.
• Exposure to contractor and quality management.
• PEC/HEC-recognized Civil Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and timely closure of R&M projects across TCF’s network, managing full cycle each quarter.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and progress; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve delays and issues.
• Develop and maintain QA/ MQI processes; track contractor quality and performance.
• Conduct regular field visits and prepare status reports for management.
