Abdullah Developers in Murree is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil & Interior Finishes to lead on-site construction projects from planning to delivery.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, and communicate with clients and contractors to ensure timely, compliant results. The role demands strong leadership, risk management, and a track record of on-site success.

Qualifications

• Must have: 10+ years in construction project management with a track record delivering on-site projects.
• Engineering degree with construction experience.
• Proven experience planning and executing construction projects on-site.
• Experience managing project teams and coordinating contractors.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Knowledge of construction health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate and lead project teams (up to 50 personnel; core team typically 5).
• Monitor project progress and update plans to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Manage communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain quality management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for construction.
• Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, schedules, and budget records.
• Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned.

Overview

The Project Manager will plan, lead, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality, safety, and stakeholder alignment. This role requires strong project planning, team leadership, risk management, and communication skills.

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate and lead project teams (responsibility for up to 50 personnel; core team typically 5 members)
• Monitor project progress and update plans to meet schedule and budget targets
