Contegris Technology Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive (FEMALE) to join our sales-driven team in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling product demos for the Sales Team.
You will maintain CRM data, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and aim to meet weekly and monthly targets. Required: a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in lead generation or telesales, and strong English and Urdu communication, with proficiency in MS

- 1–2 years in lead generation or telesales.
- Strong communication in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead data and activity.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on outreach strategies.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
