Job summary

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia seeks an experienced Lead Design & Proposal Engineer – ELV Systems to lead the design, engineering, estimation, and techno‑commercial proposals for ELV and Integrated Smart Building solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in security, ICT infrastructure, and life-safety systems, while collaborating with sales, consultants, OEMs, and clients to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in ELV systems design, engineering, and proposal management.
Proven experience delivering proposals for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, mixed‑use, airport, data center, or smart city projects.
Strong understanding of integrated security systems and smart building technologies.

Responsibilities

Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for ELV projects.
Design integrated ELV and Smart Building solutions based on project requirements.
Prepare system architecture, network topology, riser diagrams, and technical schematics.
Perform equipment sizing, solution optimization, and value engineering.
Develop BOQs and accurate cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Coordinate with OEMs for solution selection, pricing, and technical support.
Mentor and develop team members while establishing proposal standards and best practices.
