Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is seeking a Delivery Manager for ELV Systems to lead KSA projects from Pakistan. The role requires effective coordination with the Project Manager in KSA, customers, and engineering teams to ensure the smooth execution of project workflows.

Job description

Avanceon is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for ELV Systems to manage and coordinate execution support activities for KSA-based projects from Pakistan office. The role requires close coordination with the Project Manager located in KSA, customers, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery and smooth execution support. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for handling project execution workflows including design coordination, technical documentation, material tracking support, correspondence management, technical query clarifications, engineering deliverables, and ensuring timely closure of project activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of ELV systems along with excellent coordination, communication, and project execution management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordination point between KSA Project Manager, customers, consultants, and Pakistan engineering teams.
• Support complete project delivery lifecycle from engineering till execution closure.
• Guide and manage internal engineering and drafting teams to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Coordinate execution activities related to: BMS Systems ,PAVA Systems,ICT Systems,CCTV Systems ,Access Control Systems,Structured Cabling Systems,Fire Alarm Systems
• Review and monitor design submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of engineering deliverables as per project schedule.
• Handle technical correspondence, RFIs, consultant comments, and project-related communication.
• Coordinate with site teams and PM for technical clarifications and execution support.
• Track project deliverables, pending approvals, engineering logs, and documentation status.
• Ensure proper closure of consultant comments and implementation of approved revisions.
• Assist in planning project priorities and resource allocation for engineering support activities.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal teams and provide updates to management.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and communication trails for all projects.
• Support procurement and material coordination teams in technical clarifications where required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of ELV systems execution and project coordination.
• Experience in handling engineering documentation and consultant coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including customers, consultants, PMs, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and correspondence drafting skills.
• Strong command on technical submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Good understanding of project execution workflows and engineering processes.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of KSA project execution environment and consultant procedures will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in:

• Large Infrastructure Projects and exposure to GCC/KSA projects will be highly preferred.
