Job summary

Zameen is looking for an experienced Architect to lead architectural design and layout development for high-rise and mixed-use projects in Lahore. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver construction-ready documentation from concept through shop drawings.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in multi-story projects, PCATP registration, and strong knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture or related design degree.
• Experience in multi-storey commercial and residential projects preferred.
• PCATP registration or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire project and lead the project team.
• Prepare designs for assigned new projects.
• Review design to ensure compliance with codes and user needs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management on progress and requirements.
• Analyze space utilization and prepare presentation materials.
