Job summary

Zameen is seeking a senior structural engineer to plan, design and deliver complete structural designs for multi-story projects in Lahore. You will coordinate with architects and other disciplines and participate in site visits to ensure designs meet construction best practices.

The role requires a Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering and 6+ years of post-qualification experience in structural design. Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE and Staad Pro and knowledge of ACI-318, ASCE7-16,

Minimum Graduation/Master's in Civil Engineering.
6+ years of post-qualification experience in structural design of multi-story buildings.
Proficient in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE and Staad Pro.
Experience coordinating with architects and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret the configurations of fundamental structural components within buildings and other constructions.
Lead the planning and design phases of structural engineering projects.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary design teams, including architects, to ensure designs are structurally sound.
Make drawings, specifications and computer models of structures.
Proficiently utilize structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Staad Pro).
Ensure compliance with design codes (ACI-318, ASCE7-16, AISC, UBC-97).
Assist in creating workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
