Job summary

Zameen Group is seeking a PM Execution Lead to head the execution of high-rise construction projects in Lahore. You will oversee mobilization through to completion, ensuring work aligns with approved designs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive projects from execution through handover. PEC-registered civil engineers are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PEC Registered.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Proven experience in delivering high-rise residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, quality control, HSE, cost management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-rise construction projects from mobilization through completion, ensuring activities align with approved drawings and plans.
• Coordinate with Director- Project Management to translate objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, schedules, milestones, and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide regular progress updates on milestones, risks, and resource needs to senior management.
• Oversee Contractors, Site Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, safe construction on site.
• Monitor progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
