Job summary

Zameen Group based in Lahore, Pakistan is looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with strong expertise in HVAC design for high-rise buildings. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and be able to coordinate with various design teams.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for PEC registered professionals. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical design projects and preparing tender documents and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design for high-rise buildings.
• Ability to perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping design.
• PEC registered candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning & designing of complete Public Health, Fire Fighting & HVAC services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different design teams on various design requirements.
• Supervise drafting team & Communicate design requirements.
