Job summary

Zameen in Lahore is seeking a Senior Structural Draftsman to draft structural drawings from architectural plans and coordinate with electrical, mechanical and plumbing disciplines. You will review, mark girds, prepare preliminary layouts and ensure detailing for RCC highrise projects.

• DAE Civil degree is required.
• 7–10 years of experience in structural drafting.
• Expertise in RCC highrise structures.
• Experience with reinforcement marking in REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings from architectural drawings
• Mark girds and preliminary layout plans from architectural drawings
• Understanding of typical details for construction and preparation of related details if required
• Basic understanding of lap locations, joints, reinforcement etc.
• Coordinate structural drawings with different discipline drawings such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.
