Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction planning.
• Significant experience with high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain master schedules and milestones.
• Monitor performance and implement recovery actions.
• Guide Planning Engineers and ensure timely outputs.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Design, Procurement and Finance.
• Provide senior management with progress reports and forecasts.
• Oversee look-ahead planning and ensure delivery of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and reporting.
