HR POD Careers is seeking an experienced Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst to work with US-based clients on requirements, user journeys, and product workflows. Experience with SaaS or workforce management products is a plus.

You will document BRDs and user stories, maintain the backlog, mentor juniors, and collaborate with the Tech Lead and Lead Designer to deliver value. Strong English communication, an independent mindset, and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst in software.
• Excellent English; American or neutral accent preferred.
• Experience with BRDs, user stories, process flows, personas, and journey maps.
• Experience with Jira, Notion, Figma; SaaS/workforce products a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with US-based clients.
• Document as-is and to-be processes; identify gaps and improvements.
• Create personas, user journey maps, and process flow diagrams.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain the backlog.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead on sprint planning and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Lead Designer on user flows and wireframes.
• Manage scope, change requests, and cost/timeline impacts.
• Prepare meeting minutes within 24 hours.
• Perform UAT before client delivery.
• Support proposals, estimates, and SOWs.
• Mentor and eventually lead junior Business Analysts.
