Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
• Experience with offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for Business Analysis, documentation, or research.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements with business goals.
• Prepare business process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and manage a product backlog, ensuring prioritization of requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and clients.
• Manage timeline and scope, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively with large and small project teams consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis, validating outputs before use.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve existing business processes and product functionality.
