Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited seeks a seasoned executive to own take rate across corridors, govern pricing rules, and lead the pricing team. The role reports to the CEO’s office and sits in Lahore, covering European trading hours on a rota.

The candidate will steer revenue per transaction, collaborate with analytics, and drive platform improvements while upholding regulatory and governance standards across international corridors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management or pricing in high‑volume business, with 3+ years in pricing leadership.
• Track record of managing regional or corridor economics with varied cost structures.
• Governed pricing experience: maker‑checker, pricing committees, or regulated price setting.
• Evidence of pricing experiments or controlled tests with measurable results.
• Strong transaction economics: FX pricing, fees, incentives, and cost structures.
• Fluent SQL and familiarity with data warehouses; able to guide analysts or run BI tooling.
• Led pricing or revenue teams and built a function, not inherited one.
• Ability to translate commercial narratives to technical/product teams; quantitative degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue per transaction on the pricing side and drive take rate.
• Maintain and evolve the pricing rulebook as versioned configuration.
• Lead the Corridor Pricing Managers and pricing operations team.
• Own the pricing and rate‑automation platform, including its logic and controls.
• Benchmark competitor positions by what customers actually receive (rate + fees).
• Optimize revenue streams within scheme terms and flag dependencies to Finance.
• Govern promotional pricing end‑to‑end and manage pricing changes as a single decision.
• Ensure pricing fairness under the UK Consumer Duty and engage with governance forums.
• Establish and chair a monthly pricing governance forum.
• Provide daily pricing intelligence for group reporting and scale the function.
