Mohsyn is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to own the full client journey across a portfolio of families in Pakistan. You will ensure service quality, monitor doctor visits, therapy sessions, and field requests, and proactively address issues before clients notice gaps.

You will build trusted relationships with overseas family members and beneficiaries in Pakistan, understanding medical needs, routines, and communication preferences to tailor Mohsyn’s experience.

Formación

• 2–4 years in key account management, customer success or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building ability and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, esp. with overseas families.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive, follow-through focus.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle for assigned accounts from onboarding to renewals.
• Monitor service delivery, improve engagement, and prevent gaps.
• Build trusted relationships with overseas families and Pakistan beneficiaries.
• Coordinate with physicians, operations, field teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Document actions, ensure follow-ups, and maintain accurate client profiles.
