Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking a Field Support Officer to be our trusted on-ground presence across Lahore. This role involves accompanying clients to medical appointments, coordinating with hospitals, and delivering hands-on care in the home.

You will work with City Operations, Key Account Management, Solutions and healthcare teams to ensure requests are solved, maintain documentation, and handle urgent situations with empathy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, field operations, healthcare support, hospitality, logistics, or related roles.
• Excellent spoken Urdu and professional communication.
• High empathy, integrity, and client confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel across Lahore and work in a 24/7 environment.
• Able to handle emergency and time-sensitive situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate on-ground support to clients and families across Lahore.
• Conduct regular home visits, ensuring clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
• Accompany clients to doctor appointments and hospital visits.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and vendors to fulfill service requests.
• Maintain documentation, receipts, and visit notes for each assignment.
• Respond promptly to urgent or emergency needs with professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with elderly clients and families.
