Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking an Engagement Associate, open to fresh graduates, for on-ground client interaction across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. You’ll accompany the KAM on visits, build relationships with families, and help deliver warm, personalised experiences for elderly clients.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the KAM on client visits and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with clients to ensure they feel comfortable, valued, heard, and remembered.
• Get to know individual clients’ interests, routines, and occasions.
• Support planning and execution of client events and engagement activities.
• Contribute ideas to keep clients engaged and delighted.
• Assist with client onboarding and help families settle in with Mohsyn.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Observe client interactions for improvement opportunities.
• Record client notes and engagement history accurately.
• Identify small acts of kindness to brighten a client’s day.
• Collaborate with KAM and Operations to translate feedback into action.
• Represent Mohsyn professionally during visits and events.
• Assist in continual assessment of how to improve the client experience.
