Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking a Senior Manager – Growth, Strategic Partnerships & Public Relations to lead customer acquisition and build high-impact partnerships for overseas Pakistanis. You will drive growth strategies targeting North America, the UK, and the Middle East, while strengthening Mohsyn’s brand across markets.

The role requires a commercially minded leader with a track record in growth marketing, partnership development, and effective communications to translate visibility into business

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and partnerships-led growth.
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth and acquisition strategy across priority markets.
• Identify, test, and scale lead-generation channels targeting overseas communities.
• Design integrated campaigns across digital, referral, and partnerships.
• Own the partnership lifecycle from prospecting to activation and performance.
• Lead PR efforts to strengthen brand credibility and media presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize funnels and conversions.
• Manage and mentor teams; report on growth, pipelines, and outcomes.
