Job summary

AI Square Ltd. is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join our Karachi team. This role focuses on lead generation, prospect research, cold calling, and outbound outreach for the U.S.

market, and does not involve closing sales. It is an onsite, full-time position with Night shift hours in Karachi. Responsibilities include researching US-based prospects, building databases, qualifying leads, and coordinating with internal teams to schedule meetings and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or market research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify U.S.-based prospects and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and professional outreach.
• Qualify prospects and conduct follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

• Meet assigned lead-generation and outreach KPIs.

Education

AI Square Ltd. is looking for a proactive and research-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team in Karachi.

This is a non-closing business development role focused on lead generation, prospect research, cold calling, outreach, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment setting for the U.S. market.

Employment: Full-Time | Onsite

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Target Market: United States

Experience: 2+ year preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify U.S.-based prospects and decision-makers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, lead generation, cold calling, telemarketing, or market research
• Experience targeting the U.S. market is preferred
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working the U.S. night shift from Karachi
