Job summary

Interwood Mobel is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Sales KDW to drive sales for kitchens, doors and wardrobes. You will engage customers, promote products, and maximise opportunities within the market.

Responsibilities include leading from site measurement to final reports, reviewing quotations, and maintaining up-to-date displays while meeting monthly targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing and 1–3 years in sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or home goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills to engage customers.
• Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate to client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes.
• Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits with personalised service.
• Maintain knowledge of product range, market trends and competitors.
• Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report and targets.
• Review quotations/drawings for accuracy and secure client sign-offs per SOP.
• Ensure KDW displays are updated, clean and functional; perform escape fixes.
• Follow KDW & Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.
