Job summary

Recruit AI in Karachi seeks an IT Solutions Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, qualify leads, and close deals for AI, software development, web development, and digital marketing services. You will coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful handovers after contract signing.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct proactive outreach, and maintain CRM records while staying abreast of US market trends to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate, research, qualify, and convert B2B leads using platforms including LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Apollo, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
• Conduct proactive cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized LinkedIn outreach to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities suited to clients' needs.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions such as AI automation, software development, web development, and digital marketing services.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, quotations, and technical solution overviews tailored to client needs.
• Lead sales negotiations, address client objections, and close deals effectively to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently follow up throughout the entire sales process to maximize conversion rates.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value and increase sales volume.
• Coordinate effectively with technical and project delivery teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements and smooth handover after contract signing.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Communicate the value proposition of DigiCareHouses technology solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse client audiences.
