Job summary

Unilever CM Factory in Karachi is seeking JM Operations Home Care on a contract basis. The role focuses on developing SOPs, exploring low-cost automation, and improving utilities usage while shaping the end-to-end Home Care supply chain strategy.

You will implement real-time KPI monitoring, explore alternative fuel sources for cost optimization, and report to the Works Manager – Home Care. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preference for those with manufacturing exposure.

Qualifications

• Prefer candidates with 6+ months manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and Implement SOPs in factory functions for efficiency and governance.
• Explore low-cost automation projects for manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in utilities consumed in the factory.
• Refine category manufacturing strategy looking at end-to-end supply chain for Home Care.
• Develop real-time monitoring and intimation system for manufacturing KPIs.
• Develop alternate sources of fuel for cost optimization.
