Unilever is hiring a Procurement Partner – Home Care on a contractual basis to drive sourcing strategies and supplier performance. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to secure cost-effective, compliant supply, supporting production and product launches across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably.
• Experience in procurement, low value sourcing, supply chain management, or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess potential third-party manufacturers for safety, quality, capacity, and cost.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure suppliers meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with manufacturers.
• Draft and manage contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external manufacturing partners, fostering collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, QA, regulatory) to ensure smooth supply chain.
