Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and completing mortgage and loan application files accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer data with careful attention to detail and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and queries to facilitate timely application processing.
• Collaborate with the UK operations team to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of client issues.
• Support loan application processing by verifying information, checking affordability assessments, and compiling necessary paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK loan and mortgage procedures and company policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with UK clients to provide updates and clarify requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create, organize, and manage loan and mortgage-related documents.
• Record and update client interactions and data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve understanding of mortgage and loan industry practices.
