Marcus Evans, a UK-based international company, is seeking a Junior IT Support Executive for our Islamabad office. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh IT/CS graduates starting their IT careers in a global environment.

The position focuses on Level 1 IT support, assisting with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID foundations, device management, and basic networking, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related subject, or currently completing one.
• Good understanding of Windows and general PC troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and networking.
• An interest in learning technologies such as Microsoft Intune and cloud-based IT services.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A helpful attitude, good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to users locally and remotely.

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Executive to join our Islamabad office. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh IT/Computer Science graduate or someone at the beginning of their IT career who has good technical fundamentals and wants to develop their skills within a global IT environment.

This is primarily a Level 1 IT support role. Previous commercial IT experience is helpful but not essential, and training will be provided.

Location: Islamabad i-8 Markaz - Office based role

Working hours: 4pm-1am Islamabad time (including one hour break) (some flexibility where required)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 or AZ-900 are helpful but not required.
