Marcus Evans is seeking an IT Support Analyst to deliver 1st and 2nd line technical assistance for end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, and basic network issues. The role is based in Islamabad with global collaboration across EMEA and APAC, operating remotely during overlaps as part of a follow-the-sun support model.

You will maintain documentation and escalation records in line with global IT standards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and AD/AAD management.
• Experience with Intune for endpoint management.
• Basic networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktop, Microsoft 365, applications, and voice-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in Windows 10/11 environments.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD; handle MACs.
• Assist with engineering teams in a follow-the-sun model and document incidents.
